Our rental apartments form a small village (borgo), along with a 5m x 10m pool, the restaurant and ample, secure parking. Other facilities include outdoor barbecue, soccer pitch, table tennis, fishing lake and grazing for horses. Each apartment has its own private entrance, its own kitchenette and many unique features.
None of our apartments are air-conditioned but there is no need for it. The fresh mountain air and the thick stone walls provide a comfortable temperature even during the hottest months. All apartments are equipped with TV and wi-fi. With the exception of the apartment Betulla, all apartment also have their own private garden areas for dining al fresco.
"Juniper" is a large and airy ground floor apartment, close to the pool. It features a large, open plan kitchen / living space, with a traditional brick fireplace and a double sofa bed. The spacious main bedroom also includes a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower. Central heating.
This apartment is on two levels with access via an external staircase. On the first floor is the living room with fireplace, dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom and bathroom (with shower). The second floor comprises two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds (with the option of a double bed on request) and a bathroom with shower. Pellet heating system.
"La Ginestra" is a converted tobacco tower on two floors with panoramic views over the valley. Ground floor comprises a living room with exposed stone walls, ancient tiled floors and fireplace, along with a kitchen and single bed. The bedroom is on the first floor with en-suite bathroom (shower). Pellet heating system.
"Il Noce" occupies two floors with access via its small garden. A small kitchen, stone-walled lounge (with double sofa bed) and bathroom (shower) make up the ground floor, while the first floor hosts the master bedroom. Pellet heating system.

Prices are inclusive of VAT,water, light, gas and linen bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with a weekly change. There is a final cleaning charge of 65 euros payable in cash before departure.

Guests should arrive on Saturday between 15.00 hours and 18.00 hours and depart on Saturday before 10.00.Please telephone if you are going to arrive later than 18.00 hours. During the low season it is possible to book week-end stays at 90 euros per night (minimum 2 nights)
